What to include in a correction
- The page URL you are writing about.
- The sentence or step that is wrong or outdated.
- Your operating system and version, for example Windows 11 24H2 or macOS 15.
- The program and version you were using, if the issue involves specific software.
What we cannot help with
- Recovering data from a damaged archive on your behalf — we can only point you to the methods described in how to fix a corrupted RAR archive.
- Providing passwords for password-protected archives you did not create.
- Supplying license keys or installers for commercial software.
- Support for software we do not publish. Contact that vendor directly.
